Privacy Policy
Nexavolt Partner · Last updated: 3 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Nexavolt ("Nexavolt", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use the Nexavolt Partner program and website (partner.nexavolt.global) (the "Partner Platform"). It applies to individuals and businesses who register as partners in the Nexavolt Partner program ("Partners", "you"). Use of the main Nexavolt platform (nexavolt.global and its related applications) is governed by the separate Nexavolt Privacy Policy. By registering for or using the Partner Platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information in connection with the Nexavolt Partner program:
- Account information: your first name, last name, email address, and password (stored in encrypted/hashed form) when you create a partner account.
- Referral and commission data: your unique referral code, the companies that register on the Nexavolt platform using your referral link or code, the platform they registered on, payment amounts and currency associated with referred transactions, and the commission amounts, statuses, and history calculated for you.
- Payout and banking information: when you request payouts, we collect your bank account holder name, account number, IFSC code, bank name, branch name, and optionally your UPI ID and PAN (Permanent Account Number). This information is collected solely to process payouts and to comply with applicable financial and tax laws.
- Payout request records: the amount, currency, and status of each withdrawal request, along with payment references (such as NEFT/UTR numbers) and administrative notes recorded when your payout is processed.
- Communications and notifications: in-app notifications, emails, and other correspondence between you and Nexavolt relating to your partner account.
- Automatically collected information: your IP address, browser and device information, and usage data collected through cookies, local storage (including authentication tokens that keep you signed in), and similar technologies.
- Referral tracking data: when a visitor opens the Nexavolt platform through your referral link, we record your referral code against that visit and any resulting company registration so the referral can be attributed to you. Information about the referred company itself is governed by the Nexavolt Privacy Policy.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create, operate, and secure your partner account and dashboard.
- To generate your referral link and code, attribute referrals, and calculate commissions in accordance with the applicable commission plans.
- To process payout requests and transfer funds to your registered bank account or UPI ID.
- To maintain accurate financial, accounting, and tax records, including any withholding or reporting required by law.
- To communicate with you about your account, referrals, commissions, payouts, and changes to the program.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, self-referrals, abuse, and violations of the Nexavolt Partner Terms of Use.
- To improve the Partner Platform and our services.
3. Referral Attribution and Tracking
Referrals are attributed exclusively through our tracking system, i.e. when a company completes registration through your referral link or with your referral code applied at signup. Our systems record only what is necessary to attribute the referral: your referral code, the referred company's identifier and platform, and the transaction data needed to calculate your commission. Nexavolt's tracking records are the sole and authoritative record of referral attribution. If a registration is completed without your referral link or code, no referral is recorded and we have no data connecting that company to you.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances:
- Within Nexavolt: partner data is processed on the shared Nexavolt backend infrastructure that powers the Nexavolt platform, and is accessible to authorized Nexavolt administrators for program management and payout processing.
- Banks and payment processing: your bank account or UPI details are used with banking channels (for example NEFT/IMPS/UPI transfers) to the extent necessary to pay you.
- Service providers: trusted third parties that help us host, operate, or secure the Partner Platform, bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations.
- Legal and tax compliance: where required by law, regulation, legal process, or a valid request from public or tax authorities.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and referral information for as long as your partner account is active. Commission, payout, banking, and tax-related records (including PAN and payment references) are retained after account closure for as long as required by applicable accounting, tax, and other laws, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information — including your banking details — from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
7. Your Rights and Choices
- Access and correction: you can view and update your profile and bank details at any time from your partner dashboard, or by contacting us.
- Deletion: you may request deletion of your partner account and personal information. We will honor such requests except where we are required to retain records (for example, financial and tax records of commissions already paid).
- Marketing opt-out: you can opt out of marketing communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails or contacting us. Service messages about your account and payouts will still be sent.
8. Cookies and Local Storage
The Partner Platform uses cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the platform is used. Referral links additionally use tracking parameters and related technologies on the main Nexavolt platform to attribute signups to your referral code. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may prevent parts of the Partner Platform from working and may prevent referrals from being attributed to you.
9. Third-Party Links
The Partner Platform may contain links to third-party websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those websites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Nexavolt may modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Partner Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
11. Contact Us
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how your data is handled in the Nexavolt Partner program, please contact us at contact@nexavolt.global.
